transmission  latency.  Cloud  providers  in  some  regions  offer  bundled

               network  connectivity  with  a  guaranteed  speed  (part  of  the  SLA),  but
               normally your Internet service provider controls your network speed, and
               this is often separate from your cloud provider agreement.
                  Remember, cloud services are not hosted locally; they are delivered over
               a network. The network connection is your single point of failure. Figure 3-
               9  shows  a  geographically  distributed  collection  of  cities  using  cloud
               services.  Network  connectivity  to  cloud  services  should  be  fast  and
               reliable; otherwise, the impact on productivity will be negative. You should

               consider multiple network paths to your cloud provider in case one fails or
               becomes too congested.

               CPU
                 The central processing unit (CPU) is the core of any computing device; it is
               the brain that performs all calculations. Both physical and virtual servers
               might have a single-core processor (one CPU) or multiple-core processor.
