F2: Filling
Now that you’ve made certain that your document is beautifully
formatted, turn your attention to the second step of the four-step process.
In this step, you should review the content of your document. Again, you
aren’t proofreading for grammar errors. Instead, you are evaluating your
message to determine if it has the appropriate content, or filling. In doing
so, you will want to answer a few questions.
Is the Purpose Clear?
Everything you write should be driven by a purpose. Do you know what
you want your reader to know, do, or believe after she has finished reading
