DARRYN DURHAM
Known for a style that’s picture-esque, somewhat resembling the King, Jeremy McGrath, Darryn Durham’s attitude both on and off the track is synonymous with having fun. A no hold’s bar type of mentality, DD enjoys hitting outrageous gaps in the hills just as much as he does pounding
out laps at the test track.
Capping off his amateur career with a 2008 Horizon Award, Durham’s trek to this point in his career has been a little bumpy to say the least. Hopping from Yamaha of Troy, to Eleven10 Mods, Pro Circuit, TLD, and now a semi-independent Fasthouse effort, Double D has seen and been around many environments among the SX landscape.
Although many have written the Pennsylvania native off, the number 159 always seems to carry a positive charisma; something that attracts many fans, finding him both personable and relatable. With the type of grace he can attack the toughest of tracks with, along with his abundance of freeriding abilities, Durham hopes to bring the 90’s mentality to the 2016 East Coast Tour; kicking some tail, and having a blast at the same time.
