TREY CANARD
Trey Canard has definitely been the victim of some terrible crashes and misfortune but he has also basked in the glory of winning championships. The horrific injuries he has suffered would have turned away anyone else from the sport but it has only
inspired Trey to comeback even stronger. His will to succeed may be unmatched by any other racer or competitor in any sport. It’s always a joy watching Trey succeed because you know how much he has endured to be where he is today. Unfortunately this season has not been one of his more successful ones. A freak hand injury early in the season sidelined him for a few rounds knocking him out of title contention indefinitely. It was a huge bummer for Trey because we have rarely seen him put together a full supercross season uninjured. It almost feels like his full potential in supercross has yet to be tapped in to. But this season he is continuing to regain momentum after his early injury as he grabbed a quality seventh place finish last weekend in Toronto after being hung up on downed riders on lap one. Trey continues to get stronger and look for him to have a solid outing in Detroit; the round that ended his season last year.
