COOPER WEBB
Cooper seems to be out for vengeance as we crest the halfway point of the 2016 Pro motocross series. The two-time Supercross champ has yet to get it done in the summer series and this year, he means business.
2016 will be his last year aboard the 250 machine and he is eager to finish it off with a bang. So far in 2016, Coop is riding with a bit more determination and a championship may very well be a possibility for 2016. With his last three moto finishes being wins, Cooper now sits a very comfortable 1st place in point standings. That red plate is going to give Cooper even more confidence and that is exactly what the other competitors do not want to see. At this point, everyone, including two time defending champ, is back at the drawing board trying to figure out how to get their championship hopes back on track. With so much confidence, Cooper will be hard to beat from here on out. Cooper’s wide-open style will be suited this weekend in Massachusettes and it will not be a surprise if he can win both motos, granted a decent start.
