with Zero Findings
The Quality Assurance Auditing Process is an independent,
objective activity designed to further verify a branch’s unwavering
commitment to our Core Values and to providing the highest quality
standards of service and products to our customers. The audit process
is a systematic and disciplined in-depth evaluation of the effectiveness of the
location’s quality processes for controls, risk management, and operations.
Audits are conducted at structured intervals internally and by customers
externally as warranted and are recognized globally as a valuable tool to
assist in our commitment to continuous improvement, focusing on the role
the Quality System plays in achieving results, as well as staying compliant
with ISO requirements.
We congratulate the following Team locations that received zero findings
from Internal and/or Customer audits performed at their locations in 2016.
