TeamFurmanite Locations Receive ISO 9001

Certification

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization
with a membership of 163 national standards bodies. The ISO 9001 standard is recognized globally as the standard that
sets out the criteria for a strong Quality Management System (QMS) and is based on principals that include an emphasis
on customer satisfaction, involvement of top management in the quality process, and the desire for continuous
improvement in your internal processes.

TeamFurmanite’s Brazil location recently received its ISO 9001 certification and is the first legacy Team
location providing Mechanical Services to achieve that distinction. The ISO certification was achieved from
start to finish in about five months’ time. Congratulations to Branch Manager Carlos Estites, Branch Quality Monitor
Andrade Anderson, and the entire TeamFurmanite Brazil group!

Most recently, the TeamFurmanite Manufacturing facility (Dixie Drive) in Houston, Texas completed the registrar audit
process and has been recommended for ISO 9001 certification. Congratulations to Gerald Blackwell and his staff for
their successful efforts in implementing the Team Quality Management System and the ISO achievement.

Both of these locations join a substantial list of legacy Team, Furmanite and Qualspec world-wide locations to achieve
ISO certification.
