Q: Does Mary Brown’s Inc., provide mandatory training program for approved candidates?
A: Yes. You will be required to attend a minimum of three (3) weeks training at our Corporate store in Newfoundland. Typically, you will be allotted 1 – 2 spots for training. The people in attendance should be the day-to-day operators of the business.
Q: Do I have to pay for the training program?
A: While your actual instore training is covered, you will need to bear the costs of your travel to Newfoundland, accommodation and meals, including your key personnel. We have a guest house that is available for Franchisees in training. The availability of the guest house is to be determined at the time of your training.
Q: What is the size of an average Mary Brown’s Inc. store?
A: Store sizes can vary between 1,800 sft – 3,000 sft preferably with a drive thru.
