José Paulo – Ideal Decision

                                                FAITH IN BUSINESS

An entrepreneur or salesman, for example, needs to have faith
in five things: to believe he has a great product; that he works for a
great company; that he is a great professional; that he is in a great
market; and he has the best deals. It is necessary to believe in order
to pass the truth, faith is in being able to pass the truth to your
          suppliers and customers.

One of the ways to increase your faith is through knowledge of
what you are developing, and that comes from listening to people,
living experiences, reading books, and attending lectures. If you do
so, surely your belief in business will increase.

I exercise my faith constantly. Since 2000 I have a board with
written goals, and it allows me to look at what I have built and at
the current situation. It strengthens my belief that if I want some-
thing, I can get it, because I bring the goal from the ideas plane to
          the realizations plane.
Great entrepreneurs strengthen their faith through their own
examples, after all, they made it and, in some moment, they belie-
ved it. The world belongs to those who have faith and fight for it,
like John Davison Rockefeller, who was an American investor and
entrepreneur who revolutionized the oil sector; Andrew Carnegie,
the king of steel; Cornelius Vanderbilt II, an American entrepre-
neur who built his fortune through merchant shipping and railro-
ad construction; Steve Jobs, an American inventor, innovator and
entrepreneur in the computer industry who dominated the world
          market; and others.

                                                                      85
