word innovation is a part of our days. That is how we retain em-
ployees, customers, and business partners.
In entrepreneurship there is an interesting phenomenon: as you
get to know new businesses that are more profitable and scalable
compared to the ones you already have, you make the decision to
dedicate more time to these new, more profitable and with higher
growth potential endeavors and they may absorb another business
that does not bring much to the table anymore, but you will not
stop growing.
Some advice from King Solomon from about 2,900 years ago:
“Invest in many ventures. Ship your grain
across the sea; after many days you may receive a
return. Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do
not know what disaster may come upon the land.”
(Ecclesiastes 11.1)
In the case of the Ideal Trends Group, today, we have more
than two dozen companies and projects, six of which are highly
profitable and another four reaching this level of profit. The other
companies and projects are being consolidated and implemented,
always observing trends and innovation.
It is worth mentioning that, as a serial investor, I do not build
companies with the intention to sell them. You, the reader, already
know that my mission is to help people to develop themselves, so I
share the company with the ones who helped me build it, because
that is the best way to strengthen the business, the people involved
and, consequently, society.
A guideline I do not let go of is that dividing is multiplying.
That is the philosophy I follow even though I receive dozens of
millionaire offers for businesses I developed.

Today I count with the IDEAL LAB, our innovation labora-
tory. Every group’s growth strategy is discussed in it, following
an American methodology created by Eric Ries, which is based
on innovative projects with lean processes to prioritize market
demands, avoiding waste of time, resources, and money. Entre-
preneurs must use continuous innovation, creating successful and
highly profitable companies.
To have an innovation lab is part of the structure of great groups
and great companies. Several bank institutions have adopted this
method; in Brazil, a great retail group, Magazine Luiza, adopted
this strategy and searched for ideas with all hierarchy levels of the
organization, and with this initiative, in 32 months the company’s
shares had an admirable growth of 15,467%, making shareholders
happy and successful.
Now I give you a summary of what the Ideal Trends Group is,
so that you, the reader, have an idea of everything we offer to our
employees, partners, and customers.
I want to start by talking about Doutores da Web (loosely
translated as Web Doctors), a giant player in Digital Marketing
nowadays, focused in online word search strategy. There is also the
Busca Cliente (loosely translated as Client Search), which focuses
in image search strategy, also online.
Another big hit is Soluções Industriais (loosely translated as
Industrial Solutions), which is the biggest industrial portal in La-
tin America, and it is important to remember that all companies
have the mission to generate new businesses to our customers. The
Cliente Ideal (loosely translated as Ideal Client) is an active custo-
mer prospecting tool. And, to follow the thought about Digital
Marketing, there is the recent success Ideal Marketing, which of-
fers a revolutionary platform of Marketing Automation.
