• This doll has an exceptionally cute look!
• Mint head with HTF brownette hair, held
in place with original ribbon which has
faded to a light tan color
• Perfect vibrant face paint with bright blue
eyes, freckles and pretty lips
• Body is excellent plus, polish faded, s/s is
excellent (elastic has stretched)
• Included is her copper stand and booklet
and shoes (in replaced cello)
• Box is marked Brownette and is in very
good condition with original price sticker
of $3.29 on end flap
• This doll was one of Shae’s favorites and
was featured on his Flickr photo stream

• Shae sought out rarities and
although there is no documentation
on this item, we feel it might have
been a sample or packaged to
show consumers the possibilities of
hair play with the Color Magic Dolls
• Her unique pigtail hairstyle is tied
with turquoise ribbons that are
an exact match to her silk ribbon
s/s belt, no bands present under
ribbons
• Her bangs are held in place with
a factory turquoise barrette and
unlike most Color Magic dolls, she
has no head scarf
• Hair color is a gleaming copper and what is interesting is that upon looking at the back of her hair,
the uneven part looks factory created, and the hair is still black on the under layers
• She has her original head cello
• All original high color face paint with soft raspberry lips and blush, deep blue eyes with smoky
shadow
• Body is mint with remnants of toe polish
• Pristine wrist tag on wrist
• Set includes original shoes and booklet in sealed cello and Color Magic flyer
• One plastic waist tab is missing, sponge on wand is disintegrating
• What is interesting is that the hair net accessory is yellow instead of blue
• Box is in excellent condition, marked Midnight/Ruby Red, minimal scuffs to plastic lid, decal
present on front
• On end flap, price is crossed off in black grease pencil
• What a fantastic relic from the Color Magic era
