The village of Pluckley
Located in the county of Kent, this village is
said to have the largest number of ghosts in
the UK — from 12 to 15. The villagers never
tire of telling the tourists stories about the
spirits of a robber, a hanged man, a woman
in white, a gypsy who smokes a pipe on a
bridge, and other characters. They say that
an empty carriage driven by ghostly horses
drives around the city. Visitors of the village
confirm that there is something mysterious
in this place.
