Following the tour, the group discussed prospective collaborations. The committee shared their work to facilitate regular art
exchanges between Canada and China, and expressed interest in encouraging youth participation in their activities. CCFA
members asked about everything from multimedia display utilization to eligibility for event participation. Both parties
acknowledged the lack of in-person cultural experiences due to the pandemic, expressing hope for a return to normalcy.

Emily Gu, the president of CCFA, reflected on the tour's profound impact. She valued the shared goal between the CCFA and the
Bishop White Committee—the creation of bonds between the Chinese community, locals, and the promotion of cultural
    exchanges to foster diversity.

"Our mission at CCFA aligns with the Bishop White Committee's objectives. Today's enlightening experience emphasized our
mutual goals," Gu said. "By empowering young professionals and new comers with Chinese ethnicity, we aim to bridge gaps,
enhance cultural exchanges, and promote a genuinely multicultural Canada. We anticipate more collaboration in areas like
personnel exchange, volunteering, co-branding, and other joint initiatives."

In essence, a visit to the ROM’s Chinese collections transcends a mere tour—it's a step towards forging stronger connections, a
testament to the power of history in nurturing understanding and unity. “By creating a dialogue between cultures, past and
present, we are, in essence, curating understanding,” she said.
