PRESIDENT & CEO’S MESSAGE
Greetings,
Following a productive 2019, we were expecting an even more successful year in 2020.
However, everything changed as COVID-19 swept across our region during an extremely
political polarizing climate that included the heightening attention to our nation’s
history of racial and social injustice. 2020 rapidly turned volatile and traumatic,
therefore keeping our tenants and staff healthy and safe became our prime directive.
We quickly adjusted and built-up large supplies of face masks, hand sanitizer, and
disinfecting cleaning supplies, that allowed our dedicated front-line maintenance
workers to keep our buildings clean and sanitized to protect our tenants. At the same
time, our management and staff were able to seamlessly transition to work remotely
and still effectively perform their compliance and operational responsibilities. WILLIAM J. HEALY II
President & CEO
Despite these incredible challenges, New Neighborhoods finished the year
