CHAIRMAN’S WELCOME
Dear Friends of New Neighborhoods,
New Neighborhoods is living up to the mission that Pat Marshall set for us more than 50 years ago, providing
quality affordable housing and opportunities to the residents. 2019 was a great year for New Neighborhoods
as it achieved a new level of stability, both operational and financial.
New Neighborhoods has built on the platform it established in 2018 and is now ready for anything. With the
work Jamey and our staff have put in, New Neighborhoods is prepared for all eventualities, whether they be
normal operations, emergencies, or opportunities for growth.
Of course, we have always served our tenants and they remain our first priority. Our staff’s preparation and
the new level of financial stability enables New Neighborhoods to sustain our services in the most trying of
ROBERT H. N. OBRIEN times and maintain our buildings to a standard in which we take pride. We look forward to our next real estate
Chairman of the Board development to both serve more people and deepen our additional services.
