PRESIDENT & CEO’S MESSAGE
Greetings,
If 2018 was a year of transition for New Neighborhoods, then 2019 was a year of stabilization and preparation.
As I have completed my second year at New Neighborhoods, I’m most proud of the team we have assembled,
their dedication to our mission, and their overall accomplishments. Many of those accomplishments include
strengthening our financial sustainability, professionally managing our properties, expanding services to our
tenants, reinvesting in our infrastructure, and developing our employees individually and as a team.
As we look towards 2020, the need for healthcare, jobs, education, and safety are greater than ever, and all
these critical needs are dependent upon people having access to housing. There are still so many families
needing a safe, affordable place to call home, which is why we intend to aggressively pursue new opportuni-
ties for acquisition, development, and expansion, while continuing to provide critical services to those in need.
