KFTL DUE DILIGENCE – Kingston, Jamaica
14 Trent Suggested & Budgeted Action Plan (Draft)
14.1 General Summary
At the request of KFTL Senior Management, and in order to support and address the findings in this report, Sections 14 has been written in order to provide a more detailed overview on potential solutions and budgetary costs associated with the various issues.
Coupled with a proper risk-based decision-making plan, the KFTL Senior Team will be able to ensure more informed decisions are made that are appropriately prioritised, and, in-line with safety, operational and financial goals of the terminals.
Strategical action items marked with means this item can be shared, adopted and applied at another CMA-CGM terminal and/ or used towards a CMA-CGM corporate standard going forward.
Items marked with are solutions that Trent has the capability to deliver. Where Trent has capability but believe it more practical to source localised solutions and support – we have simply omitted the symbol.
