IGO Solutions – Implementation of business wide, fully integrated Processes/ Procedures/ JD suite/ Navis training module/ Operational/ Engineering KPI suite (all residing on Nimbus database solution at KFTL).
[A critical aspect missing at KFTL across the board and required in order to start addressing missing data today and going forward. Implementation would take approx. 12 months to full handover]

Ai Terminal Analysis – Once item 1 is settled, implement Ai analysis module linked and interfaced to KFTL Navis & CHAMPS, providing live analysis and learning with respect to KFTL terminal efficiency improvements.

   Trent On-site and Off-site Support Package for KFTL to include:
a) Maintenance Organisation – help establish the future state’ KFTL maintenance & repair organisation – and develop a strategy to allow transition from ‘current’ to ‘future state’ over an agreed time period (map to item 1 above if/ as applicable).
b) Maintenance Tasks – review and set-up baseline maintenance task lists for all equipment types in preparation of a potential implementation of a future KFTL reliability program (mapped in to item 1 above if applicable).
c) Re-implementation of CHAMPS in full – whilst also using above outcomes (see below for details).
d) Inventory – work with KFTL to define and re-establish an appropriate inventory warehouse (both the large and small stores) and reflect outcomes in CHAMPS.
e) Warranty Management – help KFTL set-up warranty management at the inventory level and reflect outcome in item 1 above and CHAMPS.
f) Procurement – work with KFTL to optimise a variety of buying techniques in order to maintain best quality and most competitive prices.
g) KPI’s – help KFTL establish and appropriate KPI suite as the baseline for all Maintenance, Repair, Inventory, Procurement and Personnel activities.
h) KPPO (Kingston Planning & Performance Office) – work with KFTL to establish rules and working process to allow better connectivity between Ops and Eng planners and Eng Planners to site technicians (currently disjointed and disconnected).
     Est. $155K (12-months)
• Six (6) x bi-monthly support, total 12 weeks (approx. 72 days) on-site in KFTL over a 12-month period.
• Off-site support unlimited for the same 12-month period.
• Excludes flights/ accommodation etc.
