Have breakfast as soon as possible after waking up. (No later that 15 minutes), to break the evening fast. If you don’t then your body will run on your muscle mass as its energy source.
Breakfast on the run?
1- Smothie with milk or soy milk. 2- Latte with fruit & Cheese.
If you have breakfast after the gym at WORK then eat? • 1 slice of bread =1/2 fruit. • 1 latte (with 1 cups milk). • Handful of nuts.
If you have breakfast after the gym at HOME then eat? • 1 slice of bread
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon chia • 1 fruit
If you have to take your kids to school and are running late?
• Latte.
• Yogurt.
• Smothie) have smoothie ingredients ready in blender, add ice only) Make sure smoothie has some protein.
