Request to create an IPIC Network
Networks are groups of members with a common professional interest. They can be based on: issues, practice
profiles, region – any topic that meets member needs. They are open to any IPIC member to participate. For
more information on IPIC’s Policy on Networks, visit www.ipic.ca/networks.
To submit a request for the creation of a Network, please fill out the request below and have it signed by 10 IPIC
members who would be willing to participate. Please submit your request to admin@ipic.ca or by fax at 613-
237-7371.
