Authorities and Duties
Develop plans, action plans, and a budget plan for integrated water resources management to drive

missions, duties and authorities of the country’s water resources management agencies
The composition of the Subcommittees, totalling 28 members, consists of

Vice Chairman Associate Professor Jesada Kaewkalaya
Subcommittee Representatives of 20 related agencies, 3 qualified members
Subcommittee and Assistant to the Secretary-General, the Office of the National
Secretary Water Resources
Designated Deputy Director-General, Department of Water Resources
Designated Deputy Director-General, Royal Irrigation Department
Authorities and Duties
Study, analyze, and prepare a draft policy recommendation to determine the scope, role, mission,
duties and authorities of related agencies to water resources management, including adjustments. transfer
missions, duties and authorities between related agencies and in all sectors, as well as assigning missions,
duties, and authorities that do not have any agency responsible to be clear and not overlap.
