In the past Millfield was the most
expensive school in the UK but current
fees, while substantial, are less than
those of Eton. Some activities are
chargeable where outside staff are
brought in, such as polo, specialist
therapy, EAL and individual learning
support.
Scholarships (including academic,
all-rounder, art, chess, design and
innovation, music and sport) awarded to
a maximum of 10 per cent of fees.
Extensive bursary provision (up to 100
per cent in exceptional circumstances).
