Goalkeepers at Millfield are delivered
a specialist programme which focuses
on the specific technical and tactical
demands of modern-day goalkeeping.
Millfield has had an unrivalled record
of producing top-level
goalkeepers, with leavers Charlie
Binns and Arthur Nasta signing
for Premier League clubs
Ipswich Town and
Wolverhampton Wanderers
in recent years. Our
goalkeepers are coached
by former professional
player Steve Phillips, who
amassed 628 senior Mahay
professional appearances
for Bristol Rovers, Bristol
City, Shrewsbury Town
and Crewe Alexandra, and
