Concert Series
From the Gould Piano Trio & Mark Simpson,
Music
to Harry the Piano, the Wiggin-Was Sax &
Harp Duo and Ferio Saxophone Quartet to
the King’s Singers, Millfield School’s Music
Department were exceptionally lucky to
welcome performances from six of the greatest
exponents of the world of music as part of our
International Concert Series. With ensemble
music and improvisation being the focus of this
year’s series, we saw what can be achieved when
impeccable musicianship combines with strong
leadership; and what can be achieved with pure
artistic creativity.
