Mandate requiring that employers provide insurance to all
employees (based on being full-time, number of full-time
employees, etc. and waivers consider);
Mandate requiring adults to the age of twenty-six remain
covered on their parents’ policy;
Mandate requiring all persons be covered without denial
due to pre-existing conditions (or through a high-risk pool);
Penalties and enforcement through Internal Revenue
Service without due process; and so on.
These are just a few, and are certainly not comprehensive; only
a synopsis and accuracy is not implied. For specifics, refer to the
healthcare bill itself – which no emotional hag did before supporting
or voting for it. Remember the quote of the emotional hag and
former House Speaker, "But we have to pass the bill so that you can
find out what is in it, away from the fog of controversy."
Of course this legislation was heard by the Supreme Court, and
it was ultimately a decision split down several issues and having
essentially no impact on leading to repeal of this unconstitutional
mandate of the Parasitic Cult. First, why is any government
attempting to be ‘self-insured’ – governments are non-profits and
do not invest, such as insurance companies do. Therefore, the
government must collect and be responsible for 100% of all
coverage of the entire population. But not so fast, this first requires
employers to cover their employees. A government telling a private
entity – corporation or person – what they can and cannot do with
their money. Seriously? This was not even remotely ever
considered by our Founding Fathers and Framers. Ever. But, that is
