not the plan. The plan is that employers will obtain waivers,

otherwise not qualify, or opt to be penalized and the government
will cover the employees. Next, for those not employed – presently

an estimated 16-18% of the available workforce – will be covered by
the government, at taxpayer expense. Next, those that are

employed but not eligible to be covered under an employer plan will
be covered by the government, again at taxpayer expense. Finally,

those on taxpayer funded public assistance not already in the above
categories will continue to be covered by existing and new taxpayer

funded public assistance programs. By my estimate, that will make
just over 60% of the legal United States population covered by the

government at taxpayer expense. That equates to voters and a
significant economic power base for the government. This alone

will statistically pace more on unearned taxpayer funded
government handouts. The consequences are intended by the

Parasitic Cult, but not those they victimize – the self-perpetuating
victims. The economic power does not come from the people

covered, most of them will not be paying any income tax – and
many will get ‘refunds’ of earned income credit (or EIC – FYI, I am

not opposed to the purpose of EIC and how it started, it is now a
program that is abused by non-citizens and others). So, what of the

non-citizen groups, legal or illegal? They will be covered. Those
numbers turn the ‘employer mandated coverage’ into a quasi-

single-payer national healthcare system of Parasitic Cult voters and

vultures. It will burden the employers and taxpayers, the debt and
deficit by multiples of their present numbers, and empower the
government in ways never intended or Constitutional.
