Unions have historically been positively persuasive in furthering
the living wage and working conditions of the labor class. As unions

became politicized and politically active, and began losing ground in
membership, the push into non-labor markets and more into their

self-serving benefits over benefits for members became the primary
function. Today, unions are more involved in government than

working conditions. The cabinet level departments of Labor and
Education are essentially union leadership at the highest levels of

government. Unions are involved at lower level federal and state
agency policy making. With unions representing less than 10% of

the workforce, and being involved in decisions, policies and laws
that impact the consumers and our population, it is time for them to

be dissolved. The unions, together with the state and federal levels
of labor and education departments are detrimental to our

economy and free market capitalism. The unions and the
government departments they have infiltrated are purveyors of the

Parasitic Cult of socialism. Union members and their best interests
are no longer served by unions. The benefits of union membership

are non-existent, except paying dues to fund special interests – of
union leadership. Unions are similar to racism – historically with the

passing of laws and regulations to combat the unfairness

experienced, the representation changed. Like unions, the
purveyors of racism have an agenda and this should concern
everyone.
