Summary

The body has an amazing capacity to heal. For this

to happen, a number of conditions must be met.

1.The cells must received nutrients in an efficient

manner for both repairs and to function as

efficiently as possible. For this to happen, you

must be eating good healthy food, your digestive

system must be working properly and the

extracellular matrix must be functioning properly.

2.Waste products must be removed as efficiently as

possible. To remove waste products efficiently, your

extracellular matrix, lymphatic system, liver and

kidney must be functioning properly.

3.The cells must receive the correct signals –

neurological,chemical and electrical – correctly and

efficiently. Once again the extracellular matrix

must be clear and working correctly and the body

must receive the necessary chemical signals.

When the above conditions are met, the body can

heal as efficiently as possible. When these conditions

are not met, cell physiology breaks down, its structure

can change, disease and an increased rate of aging of the

body can result.
