Sebastian,
I’m concerned that recently we have been losing too many of the route tenders that we have bid
for. I don’t believe that these losses have been down to the type of service that we have offered,
as our competitors’ tenders offer a very similar level of service in each case, but are down to the
fees that we have proposed being higher than those of our competitors. I was wondering if you
had any ideas as to how we could structure our tenders to try and achieve a greater success rate
whilst making sure we don’t lose out in terms of cash flow.
