Key partnerships
• The key partnerships building block describes the
network of suppliers and partners that makes the
business model work. Partnerships are forged for many
reasons and have become a cornerstone of many
business models. Different types of partnerships can be
distinguished; strategic alliances with non-competitors,
competition between competitors; joint ventures and
buyer supplier relationships.
Cost structure
• The cost structure describes all costs incurred to
operate a business model.
