                    Value drivers – activities or features that enhance the perceived value of the
                     product or service by customers.

                    Value shop – an alternative representation of the value chain based around
                     professional services firms.

                    Value system – this looks at the linkages between the value chains of the
                     business and its suppliers and customers.
