                           Earl’s 3 levels of information strategy





                           Assuming that information systems are of strategic importance to an
                           organisation, it will need to consider what strategies it should adopt in
                           order to make use of them effectively.


               Earl identified three levels of strategy that an organisation needs to consider in order
               to make the best use of its information systems.
