3.3 Key performance indicators (KPIs)

The performance indicators (measures) that measure the most
important aspects of performance (i.e. the achievement of CSFs
and hence objectives) are the KPIs.

‘What gets measured gets done’ – i.e. the things that are
measured get done much more often than the things that are not
measured.
