CHS’ state-certified teachers are available via class messaging to answer course-related
questions. Messages will be answered within 24 hours and in most cases, the same day.
Teachers will grade each assessment individually within 48 hours of submission. This
personalized and specific feedback will give you instructions on how to improve your
assessment if you choose to resubmit your work for a higher grade. If additional support is
needed, academic advisors are available Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm to work one-on-one with
students to ensure they are learning all that they should.

Holidays

Although we do close our main office and CHS academic staff are off on certain holidays during
the calendar year, students are able to access their courses and maintain momentum in their
learning, even when other schools are closed. Your course(s) will always be open and available,
even on holidays.
