1-5 Days after enrolling with CHS 0.00 (100% Refund)

If you withdraw before midnight of your 0.00 (100% Refund) A full refund if
fifth day then you will receive a full course materials are returned in original
refund condition, if not, Citizens’ is entitled to a
registration fee of 20% of the total tuition
6 Days or more after enrolling with CHS or $200.00, whichever is less.

If enrollment cancellation is requested
within thirty (30) days from midnight of
the day on which the enrollment
agreement is signed, and before the
school receives the first lesson
assignment submitted for grading

If the school is notified of cancellation Citizens’ shall be entitled to a registration
after five (5) days from midnight of the fee of 20% of the total tuition or $200.00,
day on which the enrollment agreement whichever is less, and to a percentage of
is signed, and after one or more lesson the total tuition based on the percentage
assignments have been submitted to the of materials received from the program,
school for grading minus the amount of the registration fee.

Registration Fee
• 20% of the total tuition, or $200, whichever is less

Grade Transcripts/Diplomas
• No fee is charged for the first official grade transcript issued at the time of graduation. A
$5.00 fee per transcript will be charged for the second and any subsequent official grade
transcript requests.
• No fee is charged for the diploma and cover issued to the student at the time of
graduation. A $25.00 fee will be charged to replace a diploma previously issued with
another signed original.
