CHS Unplugged
CHS Unplugged offers the same curriculum designed with you in mind only via pen and paper.
Textbooks and study guides will be sent to you via postal service or electronically.

High School Diploma Programs

General Studies
A high school diploma is the basic qualification for getting a job and advancing your career,
particularly in a competitive job market, the military, or a community or technical college, or
university after graduation.

In our General Studies High School Program, the curriculum consists of fundamental courses
that are taught at a basic high school level. As long as you have completed the 8th grade, you
are eligible to enroll and earn your high school diploma. Students who enroll in the General
Studies Diploma Program must earn a total of 16 credits in order to graduate.

Academic Studies
The key component for getting into college is an accredited high school diploma. As a student in
our nationally accredited Academic Studies high school diploma program, you’ll prepare to
meet the demands of college-level study.

Our Academic Studies Program is made up of more challenging courses, including advanced
math and science.

• The program is designed for those who want to attend a 4-year college or university
after graduation.

• CHS programs are facilitated by state certified teachers who monitor student progress
and grade each exam ensuring that students have the support needed to be successful
in the program.
