Office Equipment

Certain equipment is assigned to staff depending on the needs of the job. These items can
be calculators, personal computers, printers, etc. This equipment belongs to Citizens’
High School and cannot be used without approval from a supervisor. Any equipment
loaned from the school will be treated with the utmost care and any malfunctions should
be reported immediately.

                            Personnel Records

It is important for us to maintain accurate and up to date personnel records at all times. If
there is a change in name, address, telephone number, marital status, number of
dependents, immigration status, or any other pertinent information, you must inform
Human Resources immediately.

                      Performance/Salary Reviews

Performance review discussions include the quality of your job performance, your
attendance, your ability to meet the requirements of your job descriptions, dependability,
attitude, cooperation, compliance with the policies listed in this handbook, disciplinary
actions, and year-to-year improvement in overall performance. We believe that
performance evaluation is an ongoing process, but each employee will receive a formal,
annual performance review. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your
performance, please contact your immediate supervisor.

                               Internet Access

Internet access is available for employees who work in the Citizens’ High School
administrative offices. Remote employees are responsible for obtaining their own
internet access.

                             Right to Monitor

Citizens’ High School email and Internet system is at all times the property of the
company. By accessing the Internet, email, or other electronic amenities, you
acknowledge that your activity may be monitored from time to time. Statistics on
employees will be gathered, logged and examined. There are certain filters and firewalls
set up to prevent spam messages and computer viruses. These filters may block legitimate
email messages from time to time.

                    Responsibilities and Obligations

Employees may not access, download, or distribute material that is illegal or which may
be considered offensive or objectionable. This includes but is not limited to pornography,
