Recommendation
• Determine our website provider, website needs, and website review
process to increase the “stickiness” of the website
• Hire an Elective Development Manager: this person will assist SIG with
the development of the elective platform and get us to 200 courses by
end of Summer 2019
• Hire a Project Manager to help SIG in teeing up multiple programs
(pathways) at the same time, and conducting to research pertaining to
the next point.
• Development and execution of an all-encompassing plan to secure funds
in an effort to offset tuition costs to students enrolled in vertical markets.
