distance education program. It is a large market, provides multiple benefits

for prisoners, it is also low cost and affordable, Govt money could eventually
pay for it

• Cons – Textbooks will need to made to prison specifications, competition
among other school districts, and public schools

• Timetable – March of 2019 to begin servicing at least 1 prison
