מפרט: [1] גלוית נייר. 14x9 ס״מ. בול אחד מודפס על הגלויה והשנייה הודבק עליה. אידיש. המכתב נשלח בידי י. וויזל בשם מ. מורגנשטרן.
מאפיינים יחודיים: הכותב מציין שאין דרך לעלות לארץ ישראל ומתאר את קורותיהם ואת הניסיונות שלהם להשיג ויזה לארה״ב, שטרם הוכתרו בהצלחה בשל טעות שעשו בעבר, ובשל היות הקונסול “רשע גמור״.

מקבץ מכתבים ו׳מעשי בית דין׳ של בית הדין בוורשה, שלהי שנת תרצ״ט [1939], שבועות ספורים טרם פרוץ מלחמת העולם השנייה.
מפרט: [4] דפי נייר. 22X35 ס״מ. בכתב יד ובדפוס. ובחתימתם של דייני בית הדין בוורשה. תוכן: שלושה מהמסמכים הם בעניין בעל הנמצא בפולין, ששולח גט לאשתו הנמצאת באוסטרליה, על ידי שליח להולכה, והשליח ממנה שליח נוסף תושב אוסטרליה, ולאחר מכן ממנה שליח אחר במקומו. ‘מעשי בית דין׳ אלו, מלבד ערכם ההיסטורי, הם אף בעלי ערך הלכתי לקביעת ההלכה והמנהג במקרים נדירים שכאלו. מכתב נוסף באידיש, בו מתחננת אישה לבית הדין בוורשה שיתקשרו עם בית הדין באמריקה, ויבקשו מהם, לחייב את בני משפחתה לתמוך בה ובארבעת ה׳פיצקאלאך׳ שלה שסובלים מחרפת רעב ל״ע. מאפיינים יחודיים: אחד מהדיינים החתומים, הינו רבי יעקב צוקערט מו״צ בוורשה, המופיע אף כמסכים לספר ‘הצעות תקנה נחוצה׳ של האדמו״ר מלובלין. שאר הדיינים, העדים, השלוחים, הבעל והאישה עם ארבעת ה׳פיצקאלאך׳ – לא ידוע מה עלה בגורלם, כאשר כאמור שבועות אחדים לאחר מכן עלה הכורת על יהדות פולין המפוארת הי״ד. מצב: כללית מצב טוב-טוב מאוד.

Collection of letters and ‘court documents' from the Beit Din in Warsaw, the latter part of 1939, just a few weeks before the outbreak of the Second World War.
Speci cations: [4] paper leaves. 22x35 cm. Handwritten and printed. Signed with the signatures of the dayanim of the Warsaw Beit Din.
Content: ree of the documents are regarding a husband in Poland who sent a get to his wife in Australia, with an emissary, who then appointed a resident of Australia as another emissary, and then appointed another emissary in his stead. In addition to their historical value, these ‘court documents׳, also have halachic value and can help determine the law and custom in rare cases such as these.
Additional letter in Yiddish, in which a women begs the Beit Din in Warsaw to contact the Beit Din in America and to ask them to obligate her family to support her and her four “pitzkalach [tiny children]״ who are su ering from starvation.
Unique Features: One of the dayanim who signed is Rabbi Yaakov Zuckart, dayan in Warsaw, who also gave an approbation to the Admor of Lublin׳s book Hatzaot Takana Nechutza. We do not know what befell the other dayanim, the witnesses, emis- saries, the husband and the woman with the four “pitzkalach,״ as only a few short weeks later the Nazis invaded Poland, brutally destroying the magni cent world of Polish Jewry.
