It was moved by Robert Eisenberg to terminate the discussion of Article 10. This motion passed

PROPOSAL FOR THE TOWN OF BOXFORD TO PURSUE THE PURCHASE OF
PROPERTY KNOWN AS “INGALDSBY LAND”; PROPERTY USAGE TO BE
DESIGNATED FOR CONSERVATION, SENIOR HOUSING, DEVELOPMENT OF
COMMUNITY SERVICES, AND RECREATION. FURTHERMORE, SAID PURCHASE TO
BE FINANCED WITH CPC FUNDS AND STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS’ GRANT
