Time Capture





































        Time Entry

            •  The Time Entry section is where new time entries can be made, post any pending entries, or review entries that
               have already been posted.
            •  The timekeeper name to the right of the toolbar is the timekeeper to whom the entry belongs.




            •  For Admins or others that are entering time for another timekeeper, this can be switched by selecting the
               desired timekeeper in the Timekeepers section (see above).


        Time Entry Toolbar

            1.  Add– adds another time entry
            2.  Quick start – adds another time entry and starts the timer (must be for the current day to use the timer)
            3.  Clone – makes a clone/copy of the selected time entry
            4.  Spell Check All – applies spell check to the time entries
            5.  My Matters – bring up a list of the most recent matters for easy access
            6.  Validate Billing Rules - validates any applicable billing rules for the selected time entries
            7.  Post Selected – posts the selected time entry from the Time Entry section
            8.  Post All – posts all the time entries in the Time Entry section
            9.  Clean Up – removes any entries that do not have any time applied to them
