Kandace comes to us from Stoneham through the route of Magnolia. She recently completed courses from Champions School of Real Estate and plans to receive her real estate license in January of 2020. She looks forward to all the things that she will learn in this business and being able to help her fellow citizens in Grimes County to achieve their home buying dream.
Kandace has a wonderful bubbly personality that makes everyone feel instantly at ease. She has proven her ability for excellent customer service and commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. These attributes help Kandace to provide quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
Besides spending time with her mother, sister, brother, three nephews and two nieces, you might find Kandace cruising down a Grimes County road with her new husband, Charlie, and her two daughters, Kastin and Kaelyn, looking over the scenic views of our fine county. She loves the outdoors and as you can tell, this road warrior loves to travel. She hails her favorite place to visit was Gatlinburg Tennessee.
Kandace accredits her close relationship with her mother as the secret to her success, who helped her to build skills while working as an assistant Director for the past 10 years. She states that, “The love and support my mother gave me when I decided to shift gears to real estate at age 27 is what helped me to be where I am today.” She is excited about this new chapter in her life and her new career!
