Who We Are:

JMAT4youth.org is a for profit business operating as a resource point, that provide services in consulting,
marketing, and management, for current or newly forming Small Community Organizations/Jazz Societies, that
work under the JMAT4Youth.org Federation umbrella through a Strategic Alliance.

Under the Federation, Small Community Organizations receive Consulting, Marketing, and Management services
for their youth based curriculum deliverability’s, for Job Training Development; Youth Mentoring; Art Awareness
Introduction; Academic Youth Tutoring; Free Program Web Hosting; Order Fulfillment for Fundraising; Required
hours tracking for President’s Volunteer Service Award; Member based Incidental Stipends Disbursement;
Organizations/Societies Excellence Program Recognition Management; Community Annual Drives guidance, and
Management of engaging traveling Training Opportunities & Educational Seminars Program.

Services are provided through sponsored based initiatives developed to help our Federation Organizations youth
membership, by employing a core strategy of empowering communities to help transform and stand up for teens
and their education by integrating a Life by Design Education Initiative, built on the belief that the life they make
is the life they will have, their decisions are their life’s blueprint, with the understanding we cannot always build
the future for our teens, but we can build our teens for the future.

JMAT4youth.org is well on the move to becoming a national Federation for youth organizations by continuing to
work in youth-serving communities institutions to launch, develop, and help sustain, Life by Design approaches
and spaces within those communities. This comprehensive initiative focuses on building pockets of learning
environments, particularly those in underserved communities and offer the following support: Personal
Development: Training Opportunities (in person and Online) for facilitators, and group coordinators to both
develop their skills to integrate, Life by Design approaches and spaces into their current settings and prepare them
to train others in their local communities.

Our Network and Community:

JMAT4youth.org is moving to build a robust, distributed, and growing network of diverse educators, leaders, and
community connectors through Online communities, in-person convening’s, directories and more.

Model Sharing and Building:

JMAT4youth.org is rolling out well-tested evaluated models, and best practices for Life by Design engagement and
research efforts, to further develop a field-wide understanding of the Life by Design program.
