Toasted Oat Coconut Bites                                                                                                            87






     Metabolic Window: Inside                                                                               Servings: 2


     Directions: In a food processor, blend: 1 cup of gluten-free oats, 2 tbsps. of peanut
     butter, 1 tbsp of ground flax, ½ a cup of dates, 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein

     powder & mix in a bit of almond milk until the batter becomes sticky (yet not too wet).

     Form batter into balls & roll in toasted coconut pieces.
