                                                                                                 Directions: In a bowl, stir together: 1

                                                                                                 scoop of chocolate protein powder,

                                                                                                 1/3 cup of melted unsweetened
                                                                                                 chocolate, 1 tsp of melted coconut

                                                                                                 oil, 1 tbsp. of pure maple syrup.
                                                                                                 Cover strawberries in chocolate

                                                                                                 sauce and sprinkle with shredded

                                                                                                 almonds, coconut and cacao nibs
                                                                                                 on top. Place  strawberries on

                                                                                                 parchment paper & set in the

                                                                                                 freezer for about 1 hour.               83
