If there's one thing I learned throughout the
years, is the more you make that conscious
decision to eat better and make improved food
COMMIT TO A choices each time, it all begins to make sense in
your mind and become easy. Why? Because you
BETTER YOU start to enjoy the feeling it gives, the results, the
vibrant health, the mental clarity, the willpower.
As soon as you practice an activity repeatedly, it

begins to be "comfortable" and therefore,
effortless. You don't even have to think about it
anymore, as if it is now a part of you. The point
where you can easily pick a salad over a burger
without hesitation. That's when you truly know
you've adopted a healthy balanced lifestyle. In
hindsight, the more you practice something, the
more you get better at it. So practice being the
best version you can be in that moment, every
second, every day. With time, everything will fall
into place and this doesn't simply just apply to
healthy eating, but also life itself.
