                                                                             effortless. You don't even have to think about it
                                                                             anymore, as if it is now a part of you. The point
                                                                             where you can easily pick a salad over a burger

                                                                             without hesitation. That's when you truly know
                                                                             you've adopted a healthy balanced lifestyle. In
                                                                             hindsight, the more you practice something, the
                                                                             more you get better at it. So practice being the
                                                                             best version you can be in that moment, every

                                                                             second, every day. With time, everything will fall
                                                                             into place and this doesn't simply just apply to
                                                                             healthy eating, but also life itself.
