     PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

     Thanks to a grant from New York State Elks Major Projects, our
     Home Service Director for St. Lawrence County, Jim Williams,
     became certified as a personal trainer through the American
     Council on Exercise and launched a Personal Training Program
     for our clients this summer.

     As a personal trainer, Jim can now provide health screenings
     and physical exercise assessments.
