CHC of the North Country Receives $3.4
Million Grant Mark meets with Santa at

We recently received $3.4 million from the Statewide
Healthcare Facility Transformation Program to open
a new health center in Ogdensburg. This will be our
fourth FQHC.
The renovation of the 15,000 sq. ft. building
located, at 102 Ford Street, is already underway—
with a grand opening slated for Fall 2018.
Our team has been planning this renovation since
2015 after identifying a need for more access to care
in the communities along the St. Lawrence River.
