a Diplomate National Board (Post Graduate qualification) in

Family Medicine with M.B.B.S

 I have the added qualification of Advanced Diploma in

Forensic Medicine & Toxicology (from Intense Forensic

Services India – a Govt of India recognized institute)

 I am registered with Maharashtra Medical Council vide

Registration no. 2000/01/0238.

 I have been practicing as Consultant Family Physician for

40 years and as Consultant Claims since 2005.

 I was Defacto CMO Claims – Birla Sunlife Insurance Co ltd

from Jan 2009 till 30 April 2013.

 Previously I have worked as a Consultant Claims at ICICI

Prudential Life Insurance from 2005 till 2010
